Description
Autonomous Precision.
While AGVs (AA-S-Guided) autonomously follow an optical line, our AMRs (AA-S-Flexible) navigate completely independently by scanning and recognizing their surroundings without human intervention. The AA2500-S-Flexible achieves this through advanced laser-guided localization and mapping (SLAM). By using BlueBotics (www.antdriven.com) modules and software, this AMR can map its environment, plan its preferred route, and then navigate freely through its virtually programmed surroundings. Multiple routes with several AMRs can be meticulously planned in this advanced software package. Additional functionalities such as charging, parking, and loading/unloading actions can be integrated into the routes.
The AA2500-S-Flexible is specifically designed for handling heavy loads on wheels (carts, trolleys, dollies) in intra-logistics environments. With powered traction and large wheels, the AMR can manage slight floor irregularities. Equipped with an 800W (brushless) DC motor, the AA2500-S-Flexible offers a highly cost-effective and productive solution for short and long-distance transport of loads up to 2500 kg. Its compact design ensures maximum maneuverability, even in complex or confined spaces.
Safe
The AA2500-S-Flexible is equipped with multiple safety applications. It has a sturdy bumper at the front, behind which is a safety laser scanner that continuously monitors the environment with precision. The AMR stops immediately when an object or person enters the safety field. Additionally, the AA2500-S-Flexible is equipped with an effective parking brake to keep the AMR securely in place, even with heavy loads. The robust metal casing protects the drive unit and electrical components, while the low chassis protects the operator’s feet. In an urgent unexpected situation, the AMR can be immediately stopped by pressing the emergency button on the frame or the control panel. To enhance visibility, the AMR is equipped with white headlights at the front and red lights at the back.
ANT Driven by Blue Botics
The ANT technology (software) from BlueBotics (www.antdriven.com) offers smart and powerful automation features for mobile robots (AMRs) among others. By using lasers and sensors, ANT technology can localize the robot with an accuracy of ±1 cm on the “map” of the space where the mobile robot is active. While moving the load along the virtual path, the AMR automatically stops at a blockage or obstacle. When the AMR stops and resumes after the blockage is cleared, it will autonomously choose a safe route around the obstacle or blockage.
BlueBotics’ ANT technology makes logistics processes smarter, smoother, and more flexible, increasing safety and ultimately saving time and costs. When multiple machines in a logistics process are equipped with ANT technology, this will make your logistics process even safer, more effective, and more efficient.
Powerful
The AA2500-S-Flexible is capable of effortlessly moving heavy loads on wheels of up to 2500 kg. Equipped with an 800W (brushless) DC motor, the AA2500-S-Flexible provides a very cost-effective and productive solution for short and long-distance transport of loads up to 2500 kg.
Efficient
The compact and interchangeable LiFePo4 batteries allow for recharging via an external charger at any outlet for optimal uptime. Thanks to this efficient battery swapping system, there is also an optional choice for inductive charging. In both cases, the AMR remains stationary for minimal time to maximize productivity. When your logistics processes include multiple ANT-driven (BlueBotics) machines, the AA2500-S-Flexible can be easily added for better coordination and synergy within your logistics process.
